Dr. Sudhakar holds a Doctorate in Microbiology, with over a decade of corporate experience and a distinguished R&D career at NEERI, where he earned recognition for his work. He previously founded SRIBS BiotechniQs in 2007, specializing in research-based products for aquaculture and agriculture. Serene’s leadership also includes Sreejith MK, the Director and CEO with expertise from senior roles in companies like Eureka Forbes and BRITA India, and SRM Reddy, Director of Sales & Marketing, who brings deep knowledge of consumer insights and sales strategy.

His extensive background in environmental biology and microbiology, coupled with his leadership in R&D, led him to explore emerging opportunities within the preventive healthcare and wellness sectors.
