The company also serves prestigious Tier 1 clients such as Gabriel India Limited, KYB Motorcycle Suspension Parts India Pvt. Ltd., Hitachi Astemo Haryana Limited, Endurance Technologies Limited, and Spaco Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Sigma CNC has received numerous accolades for its performance. It has been recognized as a Zero PPM Supplier by Gabriel, Hitachi, and KYB and has won the Best Quality Supplier Award and the 100% On-Time Delivery Award. The company has consistently maintained an A+ Rating from Gabriel and received the Best Quality Month Award, Best Kaizen/Continual Improvement Award, and the Award for Timely Development of New Products. Additionally, Sigma CNC has been honored by HOSTIA with the Aspiring Entrepreneur Award and SKOCH with the Order of Merit - Top 100 Enterprises Award. The Government of Tamil Nadu named it Best Entrepreneur of Krishnagiri District, and the Government of India awarded it for prompt tax payments.
Looking forward, Sigma CNC plans to establish a new manufacturing location in Hosur and expand its customer base. These initiatives are aimed at meeting rising automotive sector demands, creating job opportunities, and enhancing government revenue through timely tax contributions.

Mr. P. Elaiyaraja, a first-generation industrialist with a mechanical engineering background, started his career in a small-scale industry, where he gained in-depth knowledge of machining over three years. Motivated to move from being an employee to an entrepreneur, he founded Sigma CNC Products in 2004. What began as a small job work unit has grown into a prominent MSME sector player over the past 20 years. Mr. Elaiyaraja’s commitment to quality and timely delivery has been key to this success.
Under his leadership, Sigma CNC Products advanced from a job work supplier to a Tier 1 supplier for Gabriel India Limited in 2007. The company earned ISO 9001 certification, later upgrading to ISO/TS-16949 in 2013 and IATF 16949 in 2017. This dedication attracted major Japanese clients like KYB Motor Suspension India Limited and Hitachi Astemo Haryana (P) Limited.
The company expanded with a second plant in 2018 and in-house forging capabilities in 2019. Sigma CNC Products is now fully equipped to tackle challenging machining tasks and meet customer demands promptly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company contributed to ventilator production, showcasing its commitment to social responsibility.
Currently constructing its third unit, Sigma CNC Products is focused on employee welfare, timely payments, and community support. With plans to enter non-automotive, aeronautical, and space applications, the company is committed to sustainable growth and ethical practices.
