Mr. Sanjay Kumar Chatterjee is the Founder and CEO of Snowmax Logistics Pvt. Ltd. He embarked on his professional journey in 1995 as a Senior Executive at Xerox India (formerly Modi Xerox). Over the course of his 29-year career, he has held various leadership roles across several corporations, including Mahindra Logistics Ltd., Leeway Logistics Ltd., TruxApp Pvt. Ltd., and SICAL Logistics Ltd. (Coffee Day Group). With 21 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain sector, Mr. Sanjay has been instrumental in four logistics startups, gaining comprehensive exposure to all functions such as business development, operations, commercial, finance, and legal. His main responsibility was managing the entire Order-to-Cash cycle.
Mr. Sanjay is a highly seasoned professional with a proven track record in senior management positions within both Indian and multinational companies in the logistics and supply chain domain. His achievements include being selected as one of the ‘Top 5 Control Executives’ at Xerox in 1999 and receiving several awards for excellence in quality improvement and customer care. He was honored with an "Honour’s Club Trip to Malaysia" in 2000 and has been recognized with the ‘Director’s Award’ three times and the ‘GM’s Award’ twice for his contributions to quality improvement and customer care projects at Xerox. Mr. Sanjay also received the "Leadership through Quality & Knowledge Sharing Award" from the Director at Xerox.
In his tenure at Mahindra Logistics, he was named ‘Top Performer’ for the years 2005-06, earning a ‘Grand Slam Trip’ to Malaysia in 2006 and 2008, and received an award from the Chief Executive for excellent performance in 2003-04. At Leeway Logistics Ltd., he was awarded a ‘Grand Slam Trip to Dubai’ for his performance during 2013-14 and recognized as a ‘Star Performer’ with a certificate from the MD in 2012. In 2022, CEO Insights Magazine acknowledged him as one of the "Top 10 Leaders in Transportation & Logistics Startup."
