Mr. David Dunbar

Mr. David Dunbar joined Standex on January 20, 2014, as President and CEO. Before this, he led the Valves and Controls global business unit of Pentair Ltd from 2009 to 2013, following its merger with Tyco International Ltd.'s Flow Control business. From 1997 to 2009, Dunbar held senior roles at Emerson Electric Co., including President of Emerson Process Management Europe, President of Machinery Health Management, and President of Emerson Climate Technologies Refrigeration. Earlier, he worked at Honeywell International Inc., starting as a manufacturing strategy product leader in Europe and later leading the industrial automation and controls sales and services business in the western U.S. He holds a Master and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Dunbar was appointed Chairman of the Board in October 2016.
