Introduction
Recognized as India’s first and only state-of-the-art, indigenously developed testing and calibration facility aligned with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, TCQA Labs is fully accredited to meet the guidelines set by “The Gazette of India: Extraordinary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change” (dated 22nd August 2019), as well as the CPCB guidelines issued in 2014 and 2018 for Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) in Red category industries. Previously, industries in India faced significant logistical challenges, needing to send CEMS equipment abroad for testing and validation, which underscored the need for a local, compliant solution.
Located in Vadodara, Gujarat, TCQA Labs supports CPCB’s mission by providing accurate environmental monitoring data essential for regulatory compliance and policy development within India. The facility conducts testing and calibration to European standards, including EN 14181, EN 15267-3, and EN 15259, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and sustainability. As a leading provider of indigenous emission monitoring and analysis solutions, TCQA Labs upholds the vision of “Atmanirbhar Bharat – Saksham Bharat,” fostering sustainable environmental monitoring practices.
At TCQA Labs, safety is a priority. The laboratory is equipped with advanced instrumentation and technology to ensure high-quality testing, calibration, and analysis. Experienced personnel perform a wide range of services, including testing of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems as per QAL-1, QAL-2, and EN 15259 standards, calibration of gas detectors used in applications like safety, quality control, toxic gas detection, and process control, and offer specialized training on gas detector use. Accredited by recognized organizations, TCQA Labs adheres to stringent industry standards, providing reliable testing and calibration services critical to worker and public safety.
