Mr. Mohammed Mansoor Ahmed

Mr. Mohammed Mansoor Ahmed is an accomplished professional with over 42 years of experience in various industries, primarily in IT and automotive sectors. He has spent the last five years as the founding Director and General Manager of Technoval Information Systems India Private Limited, based in Hyderabad. Under his leadership, Technoval India serves as the Global Delivery Center, delivering IT solutions to customers in the MENA region. The company was incorporated in June 2021 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Technoval Information Systems Company Limited, located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Before establishing Technoval India, Mr. Mohammed led the IT Shared Services Division for the Hayel Saeed Anam (HSA) group in Jeddah from 2008 to 2014. During this period, he successfully managed the division and completed several IT projects, which later facilitated the establishment of Technoval Saudi Arabia. He took a voluntary break from work in 2014 due to family commitments but continued to play an advisory role before joining Technoval India in December 2020.
His responsibilities at Technoval India include overseeing company incorporation, building infrastructure based on best practices, defining the organization structure, and establishing a leadership and delivery team. He also supports sales and pre-sales efforts, project planning, resource allocation, training, and ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements. The company currently employs 86 people, including some freelance consultants, and aims to expand into North America in the near future.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Mohammed gained extensive experience in SAP consulting over 12 years, serving as a Solution Architect, Program Manager, and Project Manager. His background includes implementing SAP solutions for various industries, including automotive, process, steel, petroleum, and services. He has successfully managed full-cycle implementations and held numerous leadership positions across organizations, demonstrating his expertise in project management and SAP architecture.
Mr. Mohammed's career began at Tata Motors, where he spent 18 years in manufacturing and IT consulting roles, followed by a 12-year tenure at Tata Technologies, focusing on enterprise solutions. His significant contributions in these roles include business process re-engineering, strategic planning, and system design, further cementing his reputation in the industry. Additionally, he has teaching experience as a lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at the Manipal Institute of Technology.
