Introduction
Originally established as a proprietorship by Gaurav Dixit in 2014, Techwysh faced challenges during the crude oil recession from 2015 to 2018. In June 2018, the company restarted with a small fabrication and pipeline project as a subcontractor for ONGC in Assam, Jorhat. In November 2018, Techwysh secured its first major break by supplying manpower to a project in Barmer for Cairn Vedanta via Schlumberger through Sparklet Engineers. By mid-2019, Techwysh was directly awarded the manpower supply contract from Schlumberger.
In 2018 and 2019, Techwysh undertook multiple fabrication projects for mid-size EPC players in India, although cash flow issues led to their conclusion by the end of 2019. The company's revenue was 0.74 Cr in 2018-19 and 4.7 Cr in 2019-20. By March 2020, Techwysh had completed vendor registration with Halliburton and began outsourcing manpower in a service model to both Halliburton and Schlumberger. By the end of 2020, Techwysh had become a recognized entity in the Oil & Gas industry.
In June 2020, Schlumberger offered Techwysh a contract to provide a complete Well Testing package with manpower and equipment under the Schlumberger brand to Cairn Vedanta for 1.5 years. This marked Techwysh’s first complete service contract, successfully delivered. Schlumberger awarded another full package contract to Techwysh in 2021. Revenue for 2020-21 was 8.7 Cr, and for 2021-22 was 18 Cr, with 60% from Schlumberger and 40% from Halliburton.
To offer complete service packages, Techwysh rented equipment from Sparklet Engineers, which faced difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic. In November 2021, Techwysh Services & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was registered to convert the business from a proprietorship to a Pvt. Ltd. entity for better growth.
In early 2022, Cairn Vedanta independently awarded Techwysh its first project, recognizing its collaboration with major service providers. Techwysh began building and purchasing its equipment, competing against Schlumberger and Halliburton. Despite challenges from June 2022 to May 2023, Techwysh established itself as an independent service provider company.

Mr. Prasant Yadav

Mr. Prashant Yadav has a robust background in the upstream oil industry, spanning service and operator roles. Since October 2018, he has served as Managing Director at Techwysh Services & Solutions, overseeing business development, sales, operations, and accounts. His extensive experience includes well services activities such as workover, coil tubing, wireline, and well testing, coupled with a strong understanding of business development.
Prior to Techwysh, Prashant was with Cairn Energy from January 2015 to August 2021, where he managed on-site teams and well services operations in Barmer, Rajasthan. He led contractor crews from major firms like Schlumberger and Halliburton, ensured adherence to HSE standards, and conducted technical and HSE audits. He optimized resources and created cost-saving opportunities while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring compliance with government regulations and API standards.
Before Cairn Energy, Prashant worked at Superior Energy Services as a Business Development & Operations lead, playing a crucial role in acquiring Yennai Hydrocarbon Services Pvt. Ltd. He was responsible for business development, technical bidding, and managing operations with key operators such as ONGC and GAIL, generating contracts worth around $10 million.
Mr. Prashant Yadav earlier roles include working at Yennai Hydrocarbon Services Pvt. Ltd., where he was involved in well test design and operations across various locations, and as a Service Engineer at National Oilwell Varco, handling the assembly and testing of blowout preventers and manifold systems.
Prashant holds an Executive MBA in International/Global Studies from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation from Dehradun Institute of Technology.
