Mr. R. Rajkumar
Diploma In Mechanical Engineering
Mr. R. Rajkumar, the Managing Partner of Test Rays Inspection & Engineering Services, began his career after completing a diploma in mechanical engineering. He started as a CNC programmer at LMW, where he worked for 15 years. During this time, he identified numerous defects in castings while performing machining operations. This experience prompted him to analyze ways to address these issues before machining, which ultimately introduced him to the concept of radiography testing. In 2016, Mr. Rajkumar took over Test Rays Inspection & Engineering Services, marking the beginning of his journey in the inspection and engineering sector.
His primary objective has always been to maintain perfect quality in film production and ensure on-time delivery. Initially, he faced significant challenges in meeting delivery commitments. However, through careful analysis, he identified key areas for improvement: upgrading machinery and increasing the workforce. By 2017, he had built an additional enclosure and acquired a new CO-60 source, which significantly enhanced the company’s capacity to meet delivery timelines.
