Tulica’s Packaging Industries LLP is a pioneering company in the supply of industrial-grade packing materials made from polypropylene. Established to meet the growing demands of its business and to operate in a more corporate manner, the company was incorporated as a limited liability partnership on March 16, 2018. The company’s products are both manufactured and sold from its existing plant located at 109/E Majlish Ara Road, Kolkata 700041.

The project is spearheaded by its promoters, Mr. Narayan Kar, Mrs. Pratima Kar, and Mr. Anirban Kar. Mr. Narayan Kar, in particular, brings over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and marketing of packing materials made from HDPE and LLDPE. Tulica’s Packaging Industries has been a leader in the field since 2008, focusing on supplying high-quality polypropylene packing materials.

As the company’s operations and market reach have expanded, the promoters have recognized the need to maintain a competitive edge. To support growing demand, they have decided to set up a new manufacturing unit for similar plastic packing materials in Kolagachia, located in South 24 Parganas. A plot of land measuring 7,200 square feet has already been acquired for this purpose. The factory building at Kolagachia is completed, and the operations have commenced, marking a new phase of growth for the company.

A graduate of The University of Calcutta, he began his journey in the polymer industry through trading, where he gained valuable knowledge and insights into polymers at an early stage in his career. His passion and dedication have driven him from humble beginnings to successfully running three packaging units in Kolkata.
