Despite submitting his resume to several companies, he faced challenges securing employment due to his father's business being in the same engineering field. Undeterred, he pursued AutoCAD education and worked in designing. In 2005, while contributing to his father's business, Mr. Awate realized that his true calling was in this field. He started his own business under the name Vighnahar Industries, which later evolved into Vighnahar Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in 2013. Alongside his entrepreneurial ventures, he continued his education, earning a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering in 2010 and a Master's degree in Social Work in 2018. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. and is nearing its completion. By the end of this year, Mr. Deepak Awate will be officially recognized as Dr. Deepak Awate.
