While officially incorporated on October 11, 2019, under the Companies Act, 2013, Zesty Vibe’s journey began earlier, in February 2017, with the conceptualization of its business model and research into organic food demand. The company’s core strength lies in its robust supply chain, with raw materials directly procured from farmers and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). Wherever possible, Zesty Vibe has developed its own FPOs and integrated independent farmers into its network. This strategic approach ensures the company’s control over its retail, bulk, and processed goods, maintaining the integrity of its supply line.
In terms of production, Zesty Vibe operates fully automatic manufacturing lines, collaborating with channel partners by sharing exclusive, proprietary recipes that are unique to the company. These recipes are protected and managed under exclusive agreements, allowing Zesty Vibe to maintain strategic and management oversight of its channel partner manufacturers. The company’s mission is to improve the quality of life for society by delivering high-quality products while upholding a strong commitment to societal responsibility, protection, and ethical business conduct. Mr. Tejas Shah

Mr. Tejas Shah, the CEO and founder of Zesty Vibe Pvt. Ltd., holds an engineering degree and an Executive Master’s in Business Management from IIM Bangalore. With extensive expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors, he has led major projects in India and internationally, including a World Bank project in Bangladesh. His leadership skills are widely recognized, having worked with companies like SIEMENS, GE, ADANI, and IDOM on a range of national and global initiatives.
In addition to his professional expertise, food is Mr. Shah's passion. He has collaborated with chefs and food technologists to innovate unique recipes and develop a diverse product line that has been tested across various platforms. Under his leadership, Zesty Vibe Pvt. Ltd. has grown to offer a wide range of health-centric, organic products.
Mr. Shah's consultancy experience is equally impressive. He has advised Jovotech Investments (Zimbabwe) on fintech diversification and worked with ISMT Pvt. Ltd. (Pune) on asset reconstruction projects worth ₹100 crore. His work with A & T Tobacco (USA) resulted in a significant restructuring of the workforce and manufacturing processes in India and Bangladesh, leading to an increase in revenue from USD 23.6 million to 48.2 million.
