Mr. Raja Kannappan earned his Bachelor’s degree from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Mississippi State University, USA. With 26 years of professional experience, including 16 years in the United States and 10 years in India, he has more than a decade of leadership expertise in the IT industry. He is the Founder and CEO of DivIni Software Private Limited, where he provides vision, direction, and leadership. Previously, he held senior positions such as Director of Engineering at Visa’s Digital and Mobile Products Division and Senior Director of Product Development at Axioma, USA, now part of SimCorp.
At DivIni Software, he has built a successful organization with offices in Bangalore and Chennai, delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions to clients in FinTech, healthcare, and other domains. He has established a strong culture of learning and collaboration, building high-performance teams with very low attrition. His expertise spans systems design, product development, team building, and complete software delivery, with a strong focus on quality practices such as code reviews, test automation, and CI/CD.
Earlier, he played a key role in Visa’s India Development Center and led product development at Axioma. He has also published research on “Re-Engineering Web Based Systems.”
