He has worked with esteemed organizations such as Zydus Cadila, Nicholas Piramal, Wockhardt, Max Life Insurance, Exide, Bharti AXA, and Star Union Dai-ichi. In the insurance sector, Santhosh served as the Vice President of Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd., where he led multiple offices and initiatives for the Agency Channel.
He was instrumental in executing the Agency Work System and spearheading quality recruitment processes. Known for his process-oriented approach, he excelled in filtering and recruiting Sales Managers and senior-level positions. Additionally, he successfully led various branches as Office Head/Zone Head, with a base in Chennai, and worked as a Subject Matter Expert in NRI and Business Insurance with Exide Life on a pan-India level. Throughout his career, Santhosh has received numerous accolades, including two Executive Council Awards and over 50 awards as a Top Office Head for various achievements.
He is a Certified Professional Agency Builder from Kinder Brothers International and holds an MBA in Finance. Leveraging his extensive agency experience and expertise in selecting candidates, Santhosh founded Scout Wolf Services, a recruitment firm specializing in placing quality candidates within the life insurance industry.
