Mr. Suhas Sawant's journey stands as a testament to resilience, determination, and innovation. Born into humble beginnings, he displayed a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic from an early age, taking on jobs such as delivering newspapers and milk at just 14 years old to support his family. At 18, following the untimely loss of his father, he assumed the responsibility of shaping his own future and ventured into the field of electronics repair and services.
With a diploma in electronics, he began his professional career as a technician at Videocon, dedicating 15 years to the company and steadily rising to the position of Service Center Manager. However, his entrepreneurial spirit pushed him to take a bold step forward. On April 1, 2001, coinciding with his son’s second birthday, he established his own Authorized Service Center for LG, starting with a modest team of 12 members.
Over the next two decades, his business flourished, expanding from a single service center to a network that catered to renowned brands such as Godrej, Toshiba, Hyundai, TCL, Onida, Philips, and more. During this period, he identified a significant gap in the market—a need for sustainable and cost-effective repair solutions for televisions and home appliances. This realization led him to explore more efficient, eco-friendly repair practices.
Recognizing the growing demand for PCB repair and refurbishment, he dedicated years to learning, innovating, and refining repair methodologies. In 2024, this expertise culminated in the founding of TechnoSkill Electronics Services Pvt Ltd., a company committed to sustainable electronics repair solutions.
