Beacon Marine Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in 2004, has over two decades of expertise in the manning and management of offshore and main fleet vessels. The company has successfully manned numerous vessels over the years and currently manages fourteen vessels operating in both Indian coastal and international waters, including the Chandra Jupiter under ADNOC Charter. Licensed by the Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai, under RPSL No. MUM/150 and fully compliant with MLC 2006 standards, Beacon Marine is recognized for its reliability and professionalism in marine manpower solutions.
The company has extensive experience in manning seabed survey vessels, dynamic positioning vessels, and four-point mooring vessels. It has also provided skilled crew for specialized vessels constructed by Indian shipyards for sea trials and deliveries, as well as for patented dredgers owned by European and Middle Eastern companies. Through meticulous planning, timely execution, and a highly capable crew, Beacon Marine has achieved an exceptional record of success in ship delivery and manning operations.
Supported by a dedicated onshore team of fifteen professionals, the company recruits and manages over 250 seafarers annually. Its officers and crew, holding valid Indian certificates and documentation, bring extensive experience in operating complex and specialized vessels. Mr. Aman Agrawal, Managing Director of the company, leads the marine department with a deep understanding of Indian ship crew management and offshore staffing. Coming from a strong family background in shipping, he has always been passionate about the maritime industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and a Master’s degree in International Business with a specialization in Shipping and Logistics.
Mr. Agrawal joined his family business in 2004, gaining extensive experience in the local shipping trade. In 2009, under his leadership, the company was registered with the Ministry of Shipping and began offering professional ship crew management services. His vision for growth led to the expansion of operations into marine asset ownership in 2019, when the company successfully built two crane barges. By 2023, both assets were completely debt-free, reflecting his strong financial prudence and strategic foresight. Continuing this trajectory of progress, he initiated the addition of a brand-new tug to the company’s fleet, scheduled for launch in mid-December 2025. Mr. Agrawal’s leadership embodies innovation, operational excellence, and a long-term commitment to strengthening India’s marine infrastructure.
