Mr. Bhagawath Prasad B, Managing Director of Printech Digital Imaging Pvt. Ltd., began his professional journey in 1989 with Midas Care, a division of Lupin Labs, as a Sales Representative for aerosol spray products in Karnataka. Within a year, he was promoted to Territory Sales Head for Bengaluru, demonstrating his exceptional leadership and sales acumen. In 1990, he joined Shyam Printing & Marking Devices, part of the Chennai-based Savera Group, where he served in the sales team for three years before being promoted to Branch Sales Head in 1993. After gaining valuable industry experience, Mr. Prasad left the company in 1996 to establish his own printing business, starting with small signage and rotating table displays.
In 2006, he founded Printech Digital Imaging Pvt. Ltd. and has since guided its evolution into one of India’s leading large-format digital printing companies. Under his visionary leadership, Printech expanded its services to include airport signages, billboards, retail, and other out-of-home advertising media. Over two decades, he has transformed Printech from a small operation with just three employees into a multi-branch organization with a significant workforce. Mr. Prasad has spearheaded major investments in technology, deploying over ₹27 crores worth of advanced machinery, including solvent, eco-solvent, and UV printers from EFI-VUTEK, USA—making Printech the only company in India to own more than one UV machine. His strategic foresight and client-centric approach have attracted prestigious clients such as Page Industries Ltd., Bharti Airtel Ltd., Telenor, ITC Ltd., Canara Bank, Laqshya Group, Times Group, AAHL, and Hyderabad Metro, among many others.
