In 2018, as part of its ongoing efforts to diversify and enhance its product offerings, Prism introduced advanced plating activities based on state-of-the-art technology from the Space Applications Centre (ISRO). This milestone made Prism a pioneer in plating technology, providing precision-plated components to leading aerospace companies in India. The technology transfer from ISRO enabled the company to perform specialized processes such as gold plating on aluminum and kovar, silver plating on aluminum and invar, silver plating UHF on aluminum, selective electrolytic black anodizing, and silver plating on aluminum—all with exceptional precision and adherence to international standards.
