T Santhan Engineering Contractors is an established electrical and instrumentation contracting firm holding a valid HT contractor’s license from the Government of Odisha, bearing ELC No: 1537(HT). The company was founded in 1976 by the late Mr. Joseph Thomas in association with M/s Siemens, focusing on electrical structure fabrications and erection, including indoor and outdoor works, substations, and HT and LT boards.
Over the years, with experience and continuous value addition, the firm has grown into a fast-expanding organization in the field of electrical construction, achieving an annual turnover of approximately 10 crores 39 lakhs in the year 2024–2025. The company is supported by a well-organized team of skilled and professional engineers, supervisors, and workmen, equipped with the necessary tools, tackles, and infrastructure to execute projects efficiently.

Mr. JIJI JOSEPH
Graduate
Mr. Jiji Joseph, son of the late Mr. Joseph Thomas, graduated in Political Science and completed his post-graduation in Computer Applications. He took over the company in June 1999 at the age of nineteen, following the dismissal of his father. Balancing his studies and personal struggles, he managed the responsibilities of the business from a very young age. He is the only son in the family and has a younger sister who is now married and settled in New Zealand. He is married as well and blessed with two children, an elder son and a younger daughter, living together with his family and mother. Over the years, he established a healthy association with M/s INDAL, presently Hindalco Aluminum Industries Limited, at Hirakud, Odisha, initially handling minor projects and maintenance jobs. With time, he built strong connections with various major industries and multinational companies, which has led to the development of a dedicated team built on values and integrity.
