Chethan B V is a co-founder and Director of DATASHRUBS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Bengaluru, India) and also a co-founder of DATASHRUBS LLC (Pennsylvania, US) and DATASHRUBS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (London, UK). All three companies are self -funded start-ups which were started in the year 2018. Chethan is a commerce graduate with masters in Finance and has an overall experience of 12+ years. Started off as an LIC agent during the 2008 recession and also worked in small establishments as a Reliance money agent until 2009 post which he started working for call centres, BPO and then for corporate giants. This exposure of work-life right from the ground level to the management level gained him a lot of confidence and experience to grow as an entrepreneur. Being an ex-employee of some big Corporate companies where he experienced a lot of positives and negatives, Chethan was very focused and determined to start an organization which would be a great place to work and a great organization that achieves “Customer delight” in products and services they offer. With that mindset and by the support of few likeminded individuals, this was possible in the year 2018. Datashrubs Solutions Private Limited company was registered and started in August 2018 with a headcount of 1 in India which has now crossed 107 within a brief span of 2 years under the able leadership of Chethan. Alongside the leadership of Indian entity (DATASHRUBS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED), he also manages & advises on the Strategic, Finance, Human Resources and Compliance front of the business for the US and the UK entities. Chethan always believes in running an employee-centric organization where the employees are taken care as a family which helps them feel DATASHRUBS as a great place to work. =
Apart from the routine work, Chethan is also a member of an NGO called “SADRUSHAM” which focuses on Rural and women education across the country that also runs periodical social activities such as Blood donation camps and helping the needy communities around. Chethan made sure that Datashrubs as a company also joins hands with this NGO (SADRUSHAM) to help the society through a right channel as far as it could. Datashrubs having its presence in three different countries, Chethan is focused and committed towards the growth and overall prosperity of this organization across the globe in the years to come with a sole intention of building a great organization that represents INDIA on the global map.
