Anooja Bashir, a CEO by profession, a women empowerment enthusiast, a brand strategist, a marketing consultant, a mentor, and a trainer. Her performance and experience with academia and corporate marked the beginning of Ourea as - a 360° Business Management Consultancy in 2018. Today being the CEO of her successful venture, has laid her hands on branding, training, marketing, human resource management, and IT. She possesses over 14+ years of experience in the corporate industry including construction, real estate, and architecture consultancy as a Civil Engineer and a Project Manager. Starting from Head of Sales and Marketing to GM sales gave her wide expertise in the marketing domain. The collaborative experience led to the entrepreneurship saga Ourea. Currently, she is the CEO of Ourea, Oureasoul, and CMO of FlexiCloud. Her firm Ourea has been involved with 50+ companies, developing them into brands. She has been a mentor for over 50+ startups and SMEs. Ourea currently has over 100+ satisfied clients in various vertices. She also has taken many workshops and has been an honored speaker for many national and international platforms. She has bagged many experiences from her career which leads her to be the successful entrepreneur that she is today.
She continues to inspire and mentor many individuals giving them hope and power for a better future. She is also one of the directors at Flexicloud, the managed cloud hosting with the same partners Mr. Vinod Chacko and Mr. Naman Modi along with Ourea. She has not only just been there for some, but she has also been involved in social entrepreneurship where she advocates women empowerment and child welfare. Today, she chooses to share her story to motivate and inspire many more women to live their life in their said rules and not as per the patriarchal society. She supports small businesswomen associations and to many under-privileged children to reach every height they could desire.
