As Process, engineer expert to handle plant operation both in extraction of LPG and condensate from NATURAL Gas and filling of cylinders and road tankers for dispatch. In charge of operation of LPG Extraction Plant & LPG Filling, plant. she is Administratively strong, Domain expert, Handling any crisis single handedly and as In charge of team.
She worked as Team lead for 7 projects and completed before time.
Company has recognized her and got promotion as Chief General Manager and 1st Lady who has become the Head of the department of any technical department of organization. Motivate young and experienced working women to be professional in both working and family life inside OIL and other PSUs, Counseling of women. Every year organized exhibition cum sale for women entrepreneurs to give them platform. Personally adopt two girls for becoming financially independent in lives.
