Prakash Mesta is a Continuous Improvement professional who has worked with hundreds of clients and have lead/mentored/implemented thousands of business improvement initiatives resulting in increased business efficiency and millions of dollars saved for the clients.
A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 17+ years of track records of delivering business transformation results across various industries like Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing.
Prakash has trained and mentored more than 3000 individuals on Continuous Improvement tools, lean, six sigma, service excellence and helped them boost their career.
Prakash is the founder director of NyuWaz Solution – an organization that provides business transformation solutions to BPO/BackOffice/ITES companies. Prior to Nyuwaz solutions, Prakash has held leadership positions in various MNCs including, FirstSource, Visionet, Cognizant, IBM, Cognizant and Infosys.
Prakash has studied Entrepreneurship from IIM Kashipur and has done MBA from Symbiosis. He also holds Master of Commerce from Karnataka university.
