She has done many courses certifications in IPR patents. She has about 12 years of experience in almost every domain in patents-Patent-searching, Patent prosecution. She is having an expertise in conducting Patent searching by using Questal, Thomson-innovation, Micropat & STN, Epespacenet, Wipo, USPTO etc. databases, She has rich experience in Patent drafting of provisional/ complete specification in for all areas of science and technology. She has expertise in handling complex patent portfolio, and also experience in assisting R & D Scientists in finding area for research, maintaining Competitor’s patent-watch/ Patent-portfolio management & Maintaining “Patent & Design monitoring sheet” & tracking on internal IPR filling, Taking decision on filling patent application. Jyoti has also presented many seminars/conferences as an eminent speaker in many creating awareness programme trainings on IPR in India such as RGNIIPM training program conducted by IPO, DIPP.
