Rethinvali is the Director of the Swiss Garnier group of companies. She started her career by joining the board of directors in Swiss Garnier. Later she has attended various entrepreneur development programs conducted by prestigious institutions like FICCI, EDI, ITCOT and gained strong knowledge in Finance, administration & operations and has been instrumental in taking Swiss Garnier to greater heights with her smart business sense and financial acumen, she was able to manage the financial requirements of the fast-growing company.
Under the guidelines of Rethinvali, the company has started its commercial production in June 2013. Swiss Garnier Genexiaa Sciences is the first contract manufacturing firm to commence operations in Sikkim amidst many reputed pharma companies. This facility shall cater to domestic market & export markets. This facility is US-FDA compliant facility. She has widely traveled to the United States, SEA, Australia, etc for exploring the global market made her start the International business division in 2014. The company and Rethinvali have won many awards and now she is the winner of India 5000 Best Women Achievers Awards 2021.
