After completing a diploma in Fabrication Engineering in 1998, Dr. Deepak Awate began his career journey by submitting his resume to several companies in search of employment. However, as his father was already established in the same engineering field, opportunities were limited and he was unable to secure a position. Refusing to be discouraged, he pursued AutoCAD training and entered the field of design.
In 2005, while assisting in his father’s business, he discovered his true calling and decided to carve his own path. With determination, he founded Vighnahar Industries, marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey. As the business gained momentum, he expanded his vision and, in 2013, registered the company as Vighnahar Engineers Private Limited.
Alongside his growing professional responsibilities, he remained deeply committed to education. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering in 2010 and later earned a Master’s degree in Social Service in 2018. His pursuit of knowledge continued, leading to the completion of his doctoral studies in 2024, which earned him the title of Dr. Deepak Awate.
From its modest start in a 300 sq. ft. workspace, the company has grown into a flourishing enterprise under his visionary leadership. Today, Vighnahar Engineers Pvt. Ltd. operates with a state-of-the-art 1600 sq. meter manufacturing facility, modern offices, and business operations spread across four states in India. This remarkable growth stands as a testament to Dr. Awate’s perseverance, strategic foresight, and the collective dedication of the team that continues to drive the company forward.
