Mr. S. Suresh Kumar, Managing Director, is a distinguished Electrical Engineering graduate from the University of Kerala, passed out in 1983, with a career spanning over four decades in engineering and manufacturing. He began his professional journey with The Aluminium Industries Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, where he gained extensive experience in plant maintenance, machinery servicing, and marketing. Later, at Instrumentation Ltd., Palakkad, a Government of India enterprise, he managed large-scale operations overseeing civil, mechanical, and electrical maintenance for an extensive industrial and residential complex.
In 1976, he joined SANMARCO Tex-Mach Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore, an Indo-Italian joint venture, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the manufacturing facility and later became Plant Manager, overseeing production, plant maintenance and training of employees. Building on his international collaborations, he co-founded a trading firm in 1999, which evolved into a private limited company in 2002, specializing in manufacture of precision components and textile machinery spares for export.
Under his leadership, the company expanded into full-fledged manufacturing in 2005, setting benchmarks in quality with advanced CNC technology and precision inspection systems. In 2005, the company established its own state-of-the-art facility and achieved complete in-house production. With consistent growth, the enterprise now serves a single long-term client, in Italy, for the manufacture of heavy duty gear boxes for automobile sector, for more than 25 years, renowned for its trust and satisfaction in quality and timely delivery at very competitive rates. Operating debt-free with family-managed finances, Mr. Suresh Kumar’s visionary leadership and commitment to excellence earned the company the India Business Award MSME 2024, symbolizing its remarkable journey of innovation, integrity, and sustained success.
